Cancellation Policy for Copperwood Trail Bookings
We understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and transparency, please review our cancellation policy that addresses such situations while also respecting our commitment to providing exceptional experiences for all our guests.
Individual Bookings:
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled activity or retreat will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the scheduled activity or retreat will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity or retreat will not be eligible for a refund.
Group Bookings (10 or more participants):
Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 to 20 days of the scheduled event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund.
No Shows:
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled activity, retreat, or event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing:
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the cancellation date.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Changes and Transfers:
Subject to availability, guests may request to reschedule their activity, retreat, or event to an alternative date within a reasonable timeframe, without incurring additional charges.
Transfers should be requested at least 7 days before the original scheduled date.
Please note that certain activities, retreats, or events may have specific cancellation policies. In such cases, guests will be informed of any variations before making their reservations.
